Our store is open to the public, and we offer curbside pickup or delivery online.
Q: How can I be certain that a product in your online store is in stock?
A: We maintain our web store on a daily basis and try to keep the inventory accurate. However, there is always a slim chance of discrepancies, especially with mouthpieces, reeds, and other items with multiple options for purchase. You are always welcome to contact us and ask whether any item you want to order is actually in stock.
Q: Why are some items in your online store are marked 'In Store Only'?
A: Certain items, such as digital pianos, drum sets, large speakers, orchestral instruments without cases, etc. are either too large or too problematic to ship from our store. Therefore we can't actually sell them from our online store, but we still like to advertise that we have them in stock. If you're in our area you are most welcome to stop in and see them for yourself!
Q: Are your products new-in-box, or floor models?
A: That depends on the product. Most speakers, guitars, amps, etc. are on display on our sales floor, but if we have more of a particular item in back stock we will ship those out before the floor model. Regardless, we sell everything as new, with full manufacturer warranties, and guarantee their perfect working condition. We also try to keep original packaging for floor models, but if that isn't possible we will be sure to package the item securely for shipping.
