We are proud to provide the highest-quality repair services with our in-house facilities and skilled technicians. Not only do we service what we sell, many area schools, churches and various local venues trust us with the care of their instruments and equipment.

Repair estimates on band and stringed instruments are always FREE! There will be service charges for estimates on electronics.

We're also able to reasonably estimate the value of most instruments, if you're looking to sell something privately at a fair market price.

Tom's Luthier Shop (String Repair)

Tom specializes in all members of the string orchestral family of instruments (violin, viola, cello, and upright bass), as well as fretted instruments (guitars, mandolins, banjos, and ukuleles). He's an authorized service technician for most major brands. He has had extensive training in luthier repair and restoration at Redwing College, belongs to the Guild of American Luthiers, and built his first guitar at age 13. He also has a degree in Commercial Music with an emphasis in Jazz Guitar Performance from the University of Wisconsin.

Brass and Woodwind Repair Shop

We have an expanded instrument repair shop to service your brass, woodwind or percussion instruments. Whether you need a simple key adjustment, a mouthpiece unstuck, or a complete overhaul, we can provide you with timely, quality service. Bring your instrument in and our technicians will give you a free, on-the-spot estimate!
