Make a Payment

We have a new website and point-of-sale software system that allows you to directly and securely access your account and make the necessary payments on your account. Please follow the steps below:

1. Go to https://www.ssemusic.com/c/account/create.php.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account. If you do not have an email on your account or are unsure, please contact the store.
3. Create a secure password in the second field and reenter it in the third field.
4. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Click on “Confirm Email.”
5. After confirming, you will be taken to a page with a button that says “Activate Account.” Click it.
6. Once activated, you can log into your account. You can also use the “Login” link at the top of our webpage at any time with your email and password.

After completing the steps above, you will be able to:

• Make payments directly from your account.
• Put a credit card on your account.
• Attach a card to be used for autopay on an instrument rental.
