Online Store Warranty, Return, and Policy Information
**ONLINE INVENTORY DISCLAIMER**
SSE Music's Online Store inventory is kept accurate and up-to-date to the best of our abilities. Items sold at our physical location are removed from our Online Store as soon as possible in order to minimize the possibility of "double selling" an item. This does not, however, eliminate that possibility. If you have any concerns, please be sure to ask us about the in-stock status of an item before purchasing.
We attempt to accurately represent each item listed in our Online Store. However, properties such as shades of guitar finish or instrument lacquer may be slightly different than pictured. Please contact us with any questions or requests for more photos of items.
We will ship within the United States (via UPS). Some items may be shipped out-of-country, depending on what is allowed by manufacturers. Contact us to find out if an item can be shipped to your location.
SALES TAX AND OTHER FEES
All Wisconsin and Minnesota customers will be charged sales tax for their state. Customers in other countries will pay all extra customs and broker's charges.
WARRANTIES AND RETURNS ON ONLINE PURCHASES
**IMPORTANT: Be sure to keep records of all sales invoices for warranty or return purposes!**
Conn-Selmer warranty service and returns: All warranty claims on Conn-Selmer products purchased from SSE Music must be returned to SSE Music. If applicable, we will then follow all normal warranty procedures. Contact us before returning the item.
Other warranty claims: SSE Music will honor the original manufacturer's warranty on all new products sold by us. If you need to make a claim, either bring the item to a certified service location or return the item to SSE Music. Contact us before returning the item.
Returns and refunds: If you wish to return an item for a refund, notify SSE Music of your intentions within seven (7) days of receipt. The item must be returned at your expense by an insured shipping method, in original condition with no signs of wear or use, and in all of the original packaging. Upon receiving the item in satisfactory condition we will refund you the purchase price minus the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.
Defective items: All products shipped from SSE Music have been inspected by our professional in-store service technicians to ensure their quality. If you receive an item that is defective, notify us by email within seven (7) days of receipt. We will arrange pickup of the item at our expense. We will then inspect the item and verify the defect. If the item is verified defective, we will ship a replacement to you, if available, at no charge. If no replacement is in stock, we will refund you the purchase price minus the original shipping charge and a 10% processing fee.
Shipping damage: SSE Music cannot be responsible for damage incurred during shipping. Shipping insurance is provided for your convenience and protection. Contact UPS with any questions regarding shipping damage.
SSE Music honors our customers' privacy. We will not share personal information with any outside source.
